A college staff studies a recruit before it spends a day on him. The Dugout lets your family study programs the same way: who stays, who plays, how big their players are, where they recruit and when their camps are.
These come straight from the databases. Inside, you can run the same numbers for any program, conference, state or position.
Who this covers: the top 30 recruits in each of 36 states and regions, from Prep Baseball Report's final state rankings. The first bar is the 615 players in the 2022 class who enrolled at the Division I school they committed to, counted by player; percentages are rounded. Drafted means picked in the MLB draft while at that school; the data doesn't track who signed. Off D1 rosters covers players who moved to a junior college or a smaller division and players who stopped playing; the data can't tell them apart. The second bar is the 2,034 players from the 2022 to 2024 classes with a freshman season at a D1 program: regular means 100+ at-bats, 40+ innings or 8+ starts, and "didn't play" means on the roster with no game stats, which includes redshirts and injuries. Data as of Sept 28, 2026. Inside: look up any college and see how its own top recruits have fared.
| Median | D1 commits | D2, D3, NAIA commits |

| RHP fastball | 91 | 86 |
| LHP fastball | 89 | 84 |

Commitments and camps are updated every Monday. Rosters are rebuilt each season. Every tool shows the date of its data.
This is homework, not a guarantee. The data comes from published rosters and public commitment lists, and no data set is perfect.
What it can do is help you ask better questions, pick camps for a reason, and build a list that fits. Then you talk to the coaches.
