Terms of Use
The Dugout is a members-only set of recruiting databases built by Glynn Baseball Advisory ("GBA"). By subscribing or signing in, you agree to these terms.
1. Personal family use only
Your membership is for your own family's recruiting. You may use what you find to research programs and contact coaches for your own player.
2. What you may not do
- Share your username or password, or let anyone outside your household use your account.
- Copy, download, export, scrape or re-post Dugout data (including coach contacts, commitment lists, roster data and program analysis) for anyone else, or put it into another product, website, spreadsheet you distribute, or service.
- Sell, resell, license or give away Dugout data, or use it to build a competing recruiting, advisory or data service.
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the Dugout.
3. How we protect the data
Dugout pages carry a unique, invisible marker tied to each account, and account activity is monitored. During a free trial some features, such as full coach emails and downloads, are limited.
4. If these terms are broken
GBA may suspend or close the account without a refund and may take further action to protect its work, including requests to remove copied material.
5. The information itself
Dugout data is gathered from public sources and GBA's own research. It's provided as is and may contain errors or be out of date. It's a research tool, not a promise of any recruiting outcome.
6. Billing and cancelling
Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel from your Dugout account page; access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
7. Changes
GBA may update these terms. If the changes are significant, members will be told by email or in the Dugout.
